The staff was very friendly and accomadating. Most if not all of the desk clerks spoke english well and were very patient/helpful.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that truly surpassed my expectations. This place is situated right next to the railway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the tourist area. Moreover, it is located in a charming little Tuscany town with a spectacular old historic center. The hotel itself offers top-notch amenities, including a lovely terrace where you can bask in the sun. The staff here is exceptional, providing outstanding service from room service to housekeeping. They even greeted me with a welcome drink upon arrival. I also appreciated the spacious and well-equipped rooms, featuring heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of this hotel.

Simply put, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is conveniently located in a tourist area and very close to the train station. You can easily find good restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom are spacious, fancy and beautiful, and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and they provide plenty of food for the guests until closing. You can also enjoy the nice little pool on the rooftop for free.

One aspect that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection, which can sometimes be slow and unreliable.

Loved it! Our romantic escape was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool, which had stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful information about the nearby attractions. the free parking made it easy to come and go as we pleased.

The downside of our stay was the noise. Our room faced a busy street, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was fantastic! the rooftop pool was a great way to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Bonus points for the delicious breakfast and ample parking available on site.
